We’re building fast — and we’re looking for a hands-on, operations-first finance professional to help us scale.

This is not a traditional finance role. You’ll sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and compliance, helping our leadership team run smoother, move faster, and stay audit-ready as we grow.

If you love building processes from scratch, working cross-functionally, and owning meaningful projects early in your career — this role is for you.

What you'll do:

1. Finance Ops
   • Support monthly close, reporting, and budgeting
   • Track spend, manage invoices, and support forecasting
   • Keep our financial data clean, accurate, and scalable
2. Business & Executive Operations
   • Coordinate cross-team initiatives and delivery timelines
   • Improve internal workflows and documentation
   • Build dashboards and operational reporting
   • Act as an execution partner across finance, ops, and engineering
3. Security & Compliance (DISP, ISO 27001 + SOC 2)
   • Support the Chief Security Officer with day-to-day compliance workflows using Vanta
   • Coordinate evidence collection and internal controls
   • Support audits and security readiness

Who you are:

• 3-5 years experience in finance ops, business ops, consulting, or startup roles
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with ambiguity
• Organized, detail-driven, and execution-focused
• Strong Excel skills and systems mindset
• Bonus points for experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2 or Vanta
• Must be eligible for an Australian security clearance
